Flora Studio takes extraordinary care to ensure your floral arrangements arrive fresh, beautiful, and perfectly arranged. Because flowers are delicate, perishable, and highly time-sensitive, we follow specific delivery guidelines designed to protect the quality of every arrangement while keeping delivery as efficient and affordable as possible.

Complimentary Delivery

Enjoy complimentary standard delivery on orders of $150 or more, excluding tax, to Zones 1, 2, and 3.

This offer applies to the standard delivery fee. Additional charges for timed deliveries, re-delivery, or other special delivery requests may still apply.

Standard Delivery Hours

Our standard delivery hours are:

Monday through Saturday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

To optimize our drivers' routes and keep delivery rates affordable, Flora Studio offers broad morning and afternoon delivery windows rather than guaranteed specific delivery times.

We make every reasonable effort to deliver within the expected window, but exact arrival times may vary based on route scheduling, traffic, weather, recipient availability, and other circumstances.

Timed or Specific-Time Delivery

If your arrangement must arrive at a strict or specific time, such as for a luncheon, meeting, presentation, or other time-sensitive occasion, please contact Flora Studio directly before placing or finalizing your order.

A $15 timed delivery fee applies to guaranteed hard-window deliveries because the request may require our driver to adjust the standard delivery route.

Timed delivery requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Flora Studio.

Funerals & Events

Deliveries for funeral services, churches, chapels, and event venues receive priority based on the scheduled service or setup time.

When appropriate, Flora Studio may coordinate directly with venue staff to ensure the arrangement arrives in time for the service or event.

No rush fee is applied to standard funeral orders solely because they require coordination with the service time.

If the Recipient Is Not Home

The East Bay can experience high afternoon temperatures, and fresh-cut flowers can deteriorate quickly when left outdoors without climate control.

For this reason, Flora Studio will never intentionally leave an arrangement sitting in direct sunlight or extreme heat.

If the recipient is not home:

• Our driver will ring the doorbell or otherwise attempt delivery.

• Our driver will attempt to call the phone number provided at checkout.

• If the recipient cannot be reached, flowers may be left only when there is a deeply shaded, secure location where the arrangement can safely remain.

• The arrangement may also be left with a trusted neighbor who is willing to accept the delivery.

If there is no reasonably safe and shaded location and no one can be reached, the arrangement will be returned to Flora Studio so it can be kept refrigerated and protected.

Re-Delivery

If an arrangement must be returned to Flora Studio because the recipient was unavailable and no safe delivery location was available, we will contact the customer or recipient to arrange another delivery window.

A $10 re-delivery fee will apply to cover the additional delivery trip.

Apartments, Gated Communities & Secure Buildings

For apartments, gated communities, office buildings, and other secured locations, please provide all necessary access information when placing your order.

This may include:

• Apartment or suite number

• Gate code

• Building name

• Access instructions

• Recipient phone number

• Front desk or concierge instructions

If our driver cannot access the property and cannot reach the customer or recipient, the arrangement may need to be returned to Flora Studio and the $10 re-delivery fee may apply.

Hospitals, Hotels, Businesses & Venues

Flora Studio may deliver to hospitals, hotels, offices, churches, venues, and other businesses within our service area when the location permits floral deliveries.

Please provide as much information as possible, including:

• Recipient's full name

• Business, hospital, hotel, church, or venue name

• Department, room number, or suite when applicable

• Recipient phone number

• Relevant delivery or access instructions

Customers are responsible for confirming that the destination accepts floral deliveries.

Once an arrangement has been accepted by an authorized front desk, receptionist, concierge, venue representative, or similar individual, the order will generally be considered successfully delivered.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, recipient phone number, and any necessary access information.

Flora Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an additional delivery attempt is required, the $10 re-delivery fee may apply.

If an incorrect address or significant delay affects the condition of the flowers and a new arrangement must be created, additional product charges may also apply.

Delivery Changes

If you need to change a delivery address, date, recipient information, or delivery instructions, please contact Flora Studio as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the arrangement has been prepared or the order has entered the delivery route.

Weather, Traffic & Unexpected Delays

Delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Flora Studio's reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather

• Extreme temperatures

• Traffic

• Road closures

• Vehicle issues

• Holidays

• Unexpected order volume

• Safety concerns

• Other unforeseen circumstances

Our priority is always to protect the flowers and complete each delivery safely and in excellent condition.

Outside Our Delivery Area

At this time, standard online delivery is limited to the ZIP codes listed above.

If you have a special delivery request outside our standard service area, please contact Flora Studio before placing your order. We may be able to accommodate certain requests depending on distance, scheduling, and availability, but service outside our standard area is not guaranteed.
