However, substitutions may be necessary because of seasonal availability, supplier shortages, flower quality, weather conditions, or other circumstances.

When substitutions are necessary, Flora Studio may substitute flowers, greenery, containers, wrapping, ribbon, or other design elements with items of comparable quality and value.

Our goal is to preserve the arrangement's:

• Overall style

• General color palette

• Design intention

• Approximate size

• Quality

• Value

A substitution may involve a different flower variety, shade, greenery type, container, or material than what appears in the product photography.

Whenever practical, Flora Studio will make substitutions that complement the original design rather than materially changing its overall character.

For arrangements centered around a highly specific feature, such as a particular flower or color, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve that defining element when possible.

6. Natural Variations and Product Photography

Flowers are natural products, and no two arrangements will be completely identical.

Differences may occur in:

• Shade

• Petal shape

• Flower size

• Stem length

• Bloom stage

• Texture

• Greenery

• Arrangement shape

• Natural markings or imperfections

Website photographs are intended to represent the general style and character of the product.

Lighting, photography, screen settings, flower availability, and natural variation may cause an arrangement to look somewhat different from photographs displayed online.

These normal variations are not considered defects.

7. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed when the customer submits the order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

If an order must be redirected, redelivered, remade, or returned because of incorrect customer-provided information, additional charges may apply.

Refunds may not be available when Flora Studio made a reasonable delivery attempt using the information provided with the order.

16. Recipient Availability

The customer is responsible for providing sufficient information for Flora Studio to reasonably complete delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable, Flora Studio or its delivery provider may, when appropriate:

• Leave the order in a reasonably safe location

• Leave the order with a receptionist, concierge, neighbor, front desk, or authorized person

• Contact the recipient

• Contact the purchaser

• Attempt redelivery

• Return the order

The appropriate action depends on the delivery location, weather, product, security, safety, and circumstances.

Because flowers are perishable, Flora Studio cannot guarantee the condition of products left unattended after a reasonable delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

17. Circumstances Outside Our Control

Flora Studio is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
